Mental health has become one of the biggest challenges of the 21st century. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), over 970 million people worldwide were living with mental disorders in 2022. In Vietnam, at least one in four people shows signs of mental distress, particularly among students, young professionals, and adolescents.

On April 19th, 2025 a delegation from Hung Vuong University (HVU) from the northern province of Phu Tho paid an official visit to Hung Vuong University of Ho Chi Minh City (DHV) at its campus located at 37 Kinh Dương Vuong Street, District 6, Ho Chi Minh City. The delegation was led by Dr. Do Khac Thanh, Rector of Hung Vuong University (HVU), along with heads of various departments and faculties.
