HUNG VUONG UNIVERSITY OF HO CHI MINH CITY (DHV) – GRADUATION CEREMONY 2025

Hung Vuong University of Ho Chi Minh City (DHV) held the Graduation Ceremony for its Master's and Bachelor's Degree programs for the academic cohort 2021–2025. 

On  May 31, 2025, Hung Vuong University of Ho Chi Minh City (DHV) solemnly organized the graduation ceremony for the first cohort of Master’s in Business Administration and for Bachelor’s graduates of the 2021–2025 cohort. This special occasion marked the culmination of the students’ academic and personal development journeys, while also highlighting the beginning of the next phase of their professional careers.  

The event welcomed over 1,000 attendees, including graduating students, guests from various organizations and enterprises, media representatives, and students' families. 

A large number of new master's and bachelor's graduates, along with their families, were present at the graduation ceremony.

Adding further significance to the occasion, the ceremony took place during the university’s 30th anniversary (1995–2025), marking three decades of commitment to training high-quality human resources for sustainable social development. It was a true celebration of achievement and recognition for the new graduates. 

In his remarks at the ceremony, Dr. Trần Việt Anh – Standing Vice Chairman of the University Council and Acting Vice President of Hung Vuong University of Ho Chi Minh City – stated:  "The 2025 graduation ceremony is not merely the end of an academic journey, but a tribute to the willpower, knowledge, and aspirations of a generation navigating an era of unprecedented change. We are no longer living in a time of ‘stable jobs,’ but in an era of open-minded thinking, constant innovation, and lifelong learning. In this digital age, a degree is important but not everything. What truly sets you apart is your adaptability, critical thinking, perseverance, and commitment to lifelong growth. You don’t need to be ‘the best in the room’—you need to be the fastest learner, the one who creates the most value, and the one who shares most generously.” 

Dr. Tran Viet Anh – Standing Vice Chairman and Acting Vice President of the University – delivered a speech.

The graduation ceremony marked a comprehensive transformation—from knowledge to character—and represents the beginning of a new journey. It is a moment for each graduate to become more aware of their role and responsibility as intellectual citizens. The program was conducted with a spirit of solemnity, respect, and deep emotion. 

As the valedictorian of the university, student Lý Thị Thanh Phương from the Faculty of Business Administration – Marketing, proudly spoke on behalf of the graduating class:  "As the generation graduating during the 30th anniversary of Hung Vuong University of Ho Chi Minh City (DHV), we are fortunate to inherit both traditional values and a spirit of innovation cultivated during our time here. From lectures in the classroom to real-world startup projects, every experience has taught us valuable lessons. Knowledge is only complete when paired with ethics, and true success must be built upon a sense of responsibility toward the community." 

Valedictorian Lý Thị Thanh Phương was honored to speak on behalf of the graduating class. 

At the end of the ceremony, each new graduate left not only with a diploma but also with a silent promise to live up to the values of their university journey. Hung Vuong University of Ho Chi Minh City (DHV) hopes that today's graduates will become future leaders—professionally competent, socially responsible, committed to self-development, and devoted to serving the community.
